Dark Energy is, Anyway? Almost Certainly Yes, Say Scientists

When it comes to a topic as controversial as the existence of mysterious dark energy, which is believed to fuel the accelerated expansion of the universe, a categorical answer to the question "or not" it is difficult to give. But recently, an Anglo-German team of experts said that there is likelihood that dark energy is 99.996%.

    At this conclusion was reached after two years of research, scientists at the University of Portsmouth, UK, and University of Munich, Germany. In other words, dark energy is as likely to be as Higgs – whose long-awaited discovery was announced this year at CE RN specialists with similar probability.
